United States Postal Service (USPS)

NOTICE ABOUT USPS PRIORITY: USPS tracking numbers are not like UPS tracking numbers. They should be treated only as a confirmation of delivery. The USPS system usually does not disclose information such as where you package is at a given time. Often when you attempt track your order from the USPS website it will say:
"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on [enter date] to expect your package for mailing. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later"
This is a normal message and more than often this is the only message you will see until the package is delivered.

| Backorders / Out of Stock items |
| You will receive an e-mail within 24 hours (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) if any item(s) from you order are out of stock.
A customer service representative will then contact you by phone or e-mail with possible substitutions and/or an ETA for the out of stock items. An order can be cancelled as long as the shipment has not left the warehouse.
If no response is received within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) of the first contact attempt your order will be canceled OR if you have other item(s) on your order that are in stock these will ship and the back ordered item(s) will be taken off your order. If an equivalent product exists (ie different color or is functionally equivalent) this item will be substituted at the same price.

AFO/APO and PO Boxes |
| JAVACO does ship to AFO/APO addresses. Additional handling charges may apply and you will be contacted if this is the case. Shipping to thse addresses are only via US Mail and no tracking numbers are available.
Shipping to PO Boxes is only allowed if you use USPS Priority or Express. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

| Returns (RMA) |
| For all RMA requests e-mail amcfarland@javacoinc.com. Include you order number in your e-mail.
All returns must be authorized by a customer service representative. Failure to receive authorization will result in no refund or exchange being granted. Returns will only be allowed within 30 days of the purchase of the items. Returns are not accepted beyond 30 days.
Refusing a package does not constitute canceling your order and such action will result in a 20% restocking fee, in addtion to any fees the carrier charges JAVACO, Inc..
A 20% restocking fee may be assessed to the returned items if they are not like new condition. Damaged packaging, scuff marks and obvious signs of use will result in a 20% restocking fee.
For non-defective returns the customer is are responsible for paying for shipping back to JAVACO, Inc. If you would like an exchange you will have to pay for shipping back to you. If the items you ordered are defective within 30 days of purchase we will replace the item (if available) and pay for the shipping both ways.
Unless otherwise stated all products shopjavaco carries come with a 30 day warranty. This warranty will allow you to receive a replacement for a defective product. To receive a replacement you will have to contact amcfarland@javacoinc.com and JAVACO, Inc. will arrange for a pick up for the product. If the product was inappropriatly used, JAVACO, Inc. reserves the right to deny a replacement and will ship back the product at your expense.

Some of our items are two big to ship via USPS and you will be notified that we are unable to ship your order
We do not ship UPS worldwide due to their expensive brokerages fees.

JAVACO ships to all United States Territories for no additional charge.
Tracking may not be available in all terrirories.
UPS shipping option may not by available in your location, if this is the case your order will ship via US Mail bestway.
