Tax
|
Tax-exempt customers (resellers/government) must submit current tax-exemption forms to JAVACO to be exempt from Ohio and Florida sales tax. Otherwise, Ohio resellers will be charged Ohio sales tax on all orders.
Sales tax is assessed to all end-user orders that are shipped to Ohio and Florida. Freight is also taxed in Ohio.
Ohio customers will be charged the current Franklin county sales tax amount.

Warranty
|
| Unless otherwise stated all products JAVACO, Inc. carries come with a 30 day warranty. This warranty will allow you to receive a replacement for a defective product. To receive a replacement you will have to contact ahall@javacoinc.com and JAVACO, Inc. will arrange for a pick up for the product. If the product was inappropriatly used, JAVACO, Inc. reserves the right to deny a replacement and will ship back the product at your expense.
Warranties do not apply to damage from misuse or any consequential damages. Opened electronic non-defective product is not available for return, exchange, or credit. Many of our products carry manufacturer's warranty only. All other products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty which is subject to change without notice.

Shipping Discrepancies
|
| It is your responsibility to confirm that you received all of the items as indicated on your packing slip. Failure to report shipping discrepancies within five days prevents us from accurately problem-solving the issue, and variances reported after five days will not be credited regardless of circumstances

| All prices mentioned on pricewatch.com are to be honored. If for some the prices do not match please contact info@shopjavaco.com and report the error.

| JAVACO will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. For this reason it is important to use your legitimate e-mail address and allow mail to be received from orders@shopjavaco.com. You can also view your order status by logging in and selecting "order history".

| JAVACO respects your privacy. Under no circumstance will JAVACO disclose any of personal information to a third party other than to process your order. All information gathered is for the use of processing your order(s) only. The only time you will be contacted by JAVACO is for order status updates or for questions.

| IN NO EVENT SHALL JAVACO, ITS SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT JAVACO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT JAVACO'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY ShopJavaco SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTION'S LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
